Day 1: Airport / Moshi

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Moshi, where you can relax and enjoy your first contact with the magic of Africa. The quiet town of Moshi, located at the foot of the majestic Kilimanjaro, will be the starting point for this unforgettable adventure.

Day 2: Moshi / Machame Camp (approx. 6 hours)

After a delicious breakfast, we will drive to Machame Park Gate, where we will check in and begin the climb. As we drive through the lush tropical forest, we will be able to observe a variety of exotic birds and monkeys in their natural habitat. The first day ends at Machame Camp (3100m), a picturesque retreat surrounded by nature. This will be the perfect place to rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

Dinner and overnight camping.

Day 3: Machame Camp / Shira Camp (approx. 5 hours)

After an energetic breakfast, we will continue our ascent towards Shira Camp (3650 m), where the landscape changes dramatically. We will cross rocky terrain, while we look out at the panoramic views of the vast savannah that stretches towards the horizon. The beauty of the landscape and the calm of the surroundings provide a unique feeling of connection with nature.
Dinner and overnight camping.

Day 4: Shira Camp / Barranco Camp (approx. 6 hours)

On this acclimatization day, we will head towards Barranco Camp, passing close to the impressive “Shark’s Tooth”, a tower of lava that stands out like a natural monument. We will continue ascending until we reach the Arrow Glacier, where the alpine landscape becomes even more spectacular. As we descend towards Barranco Camp, we will be able to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and rest for the challenge of the next few days.

Día 5: Barranco Camp / Barafu Camp (4 h aprox.)

After an early breakfast, we will begin our hike through the Barranco Wall, a gorge that challenges our dexterity and endurance. Once we have overcome this obstacle, we will reach Karanga Valley Campsite, a camp that will allow us to replenish our strength before continuing with the last stage towards Barafu Camp. This camp will be the base from where we will begin the final ascent to the peak.

Day 6: Barafu Camp / Cima / Mweka Camp (1pm approx.)

The most challenging day begins at midnight. We begin the final climb, crossing between the Rebmann and Tarzel glaciers, and skirting the imposing Stella Point. As we advance towards the summit, the excitement mixes with the effort, until we reach Uhuru Peak (5895 m), the highest point in Africa. The views from the summit, with the world unfolding at our feet, are an incomparable reward. After some photos that will remain engraved in your memory, we begin the descent towards Mweka Camp, where the effort will be rewarded with a well-deserved rest.
