The clients’ first and last names, passport number with a minimum validity of 6 months, as well as a contact address and mobile phone number must be provided to LILAC SAFARI LTD. With this information, an invoice will be issued and the client will receive it by email.
Total or partial payment implies acceptance of the proposed program, its price, supplements and the General Terms and Conditions. The amount required as payment for the reservation or deposit will be 40% of the total budget (taxes included). The remainder must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the trip. If the client prefers, he/she can make a 30% cash payment in dollars upon arrival in Africa.
Once the corresponding payment for the trip registration has been made, the reservation is considered to be firm and the requested services will be blocked and reserved, in accordance with the approved budget. In the event that any of the budgeted services are not available, alternatives as similar as possible will be offered.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated, with the costs to be borne by the payer. In the transfer, the name, first surname and the destination of the trip must be indicated. It will be necessary to send a copy of the proof of transfer to **[email protected]**; otherwise, the reservation will not be considered effective until the amount is reflected in our account.
The price of the trip does not include cancellation insurance, but in case of cancellation, the money will be refunded proportionally to the days remaining before the start of the safari. The costs would be as follows:
– Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: cost of 30% of the total trip.
– Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: cost of 50% of the total trip.
– Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before arrival: cost of 75% of the total trip.
– Cancellation in the last 7 days before arrival: cost of 100% of the total trip.
The documentation will be delivered once 100% of the trip amount has been paid, and will be sent by email in PDF format. It is the client’s responsibility to review this documentation before the start of the trip. Failure to do so may result in LILAC SAFARI LTD declining all liability arising from this circumstance.
